While the property is well-maintained, spacious rooms and daily cleaning were highlights, the absence of a beachfront was disappointing. The children enjoyed the children’s playground—a convenient option that kept them entertained. I was surprised by the breakfast offerings. The choice was limited and relied on bottled juice instead of freshly squeezed. Staff etiquette appeared to falter; Mr Amier’s demeanor was notably lackluster, affecting the overall dining experience. Despite this, the pool was inviting and large enough for family enjoyment. Located near a mall and public transport, getting around was practical, and beach transfers were convenient for day trips. In summary, while Millennium Hotel provides a pleasant atmosphere for families, it falls short of a true five-star rating—more accurately a solid four.
